• Generally payment is expected on completion of the project.

 

• If the project is large then progress payments maybe required.

 

• Payoff schems can be arranged in certain circumstances. For example: solo parents, pensioners and other low income earners. 

 

 

All projects are in accordance with the Construction Contracts Act 2002. This Act is a protection for all parties.
